"THE HULK" SWIMS INTO THE TOP TEN

Istanbul - During the Free Practice I of the Turkish GP in Istanbul the teams had the opportunity to test the Pirelli rain tyres for the fist time at a race weekend. Nico Hulkenberg finished 10th on a wet track.
 
"There was a lot to learn for us today, because it was pretty much the first wet running for everybody," Hulkenberg said. "it was really wet out there."
 
In his quickest lap the Force India driver "swam" around the circuit in 1:41.347 minutes. This meant a strong 10th place in the classification.
 
"Towards the end of the session the car started aquaplaning," the 23-year-old added. "But at least we have done some set-up work in case it stays wet for the rest of the weekend."
